I’ve always had a clear idea of what success means to me. Not in the sense of having everything figured out, but in knowing the direction I wanted my life to take and being willing to make choices that supported it.
I built my career in hospitality and became a hotel manager at a very young age. It was demanding, intense… very intense. I learned how to lead, how to make decisions under pressure, build systems and take responsibility for results and human experience.
My passport says I am Italian but I am a gipsy soul.
I lived in Spain for almost a decade and relocated to Dubai in 2022 for love (or love for adventure?). Each move wasn’t an escape; it was a conscious choice to align my work, lifestyle and values.

Humor is my best friend. I take my work seriously, but adding humor takes the heat off on tough days and helps coachees relax during challenges.
I coach in English, Spanish and Italian, and I work with women all over the world at very different stages of their life.
